Day trips to Beamish and Chester Zoo where students will have tailored presentations and then a chance to look around in the afternoon

These are mandatory day trips for all Level 1 Childcare and Health & Social Students

The full cost of the trips is £70.00. Payable in two instalments:

1st instalment £35.00 due by 28th February 2026

2nd instalment £35.00 due by 28th March 2026

A 4-day / 3-night trip, which includes a two-day Hopper Ticket giving access to both Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park, as well as a curriculum-led seminar.

• Departure: Tuesday, 20th January at 4:00 am (TBC) from Waterfront

• Return: Friday, 23rd January at approximately 8:00 pm (TBC) to Waterfront

Payment schedule:

• Deposit: £139 – due by 22nd September

• 2nd instalment: £120 – due by 20th October

• 3rd instalment: £120 – due by 17th November

• 4th instalment: £120 – due by 8th December

A day trip to London for Health & Social students which will include a visit to the Immersive Art Museum and exploring London via a Treasure Hunt

The coach will leave Waterfront Quarter at 6am and then depart London at 6pm (approximate arrival time back to Waterfront Quarter 11pm)

The full cost of the trip is £50.00.  A deposit of £10.00 is due by 1st November 2025, the remaining balance of £40.00 is due by 15th January 2026

Payments for Bali Health and Social Care Students Trip for their contribution 

Price is a contribution towards food/accommodation/flights for a mainly funded project to Bali with Think Pacific. 
Trip dates are 17th February 2026 – 2nd March 2026

Total cost is £330, payable in 3 instalments of £110.00 each:

1st Instalment by 8th December 2025

2nd Instalment by 8th January 2026

3rd Instalment by 8th February 2026
