Trips and activities are related to the curriculum and qualification, and take part throughout the academic year. Stress management is a focus within this employability programme with units related to gaining a good work-life balance.

Activities include:

• Work-based visits.
• Trips and activities to benefit teambuilding skills, confidence, social skills and to understand the need for a work/life balance in combatting stress and anxiety.
